Accounts Receivable - Senior Staff

Manage Accounts Receivable activities including high-volume cash application, posting journal entries, clearing A/R balances for month-end, and performing daily cash balancing to support the closing process. Oversee A/R confirmations and assist with internal and external audits, handle invoicing to customers via email, fax, or mail, and complete ad-hoc projects assigned by management. Responsibilities require accuracy, reporting, and strong communication.
