Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Extend commercial credit in line with bank loan policy by evaluating applicants’ financial needs, creditworthiness, and collateral adequacy. Maintain accurate credit files and loan documentation, assign risk ratings, monitor loan portfolio performance, and recommend or approve actions within authority. Interview borrowers, prepare loan offering memoranda, close or decline loans, manage past-due collections, and support workout programs while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and BSA/AML training.
