Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic AI Markets initiatives.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, quants, and developers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership across solution design, architecture, development standards, and implementation planning.
  • •Design and build robust services and applications using Python and Java, including governing application architecture and integration patterns.
  • •Oversee technical planning (dependencies, environments, release readiness, production support), review designs/code for operational stability and maintainability, and mentor engineers while managing technical risks and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in software engineering and technical leadership within financial markets or similar enterprise environments.
  • •Hands-on development experience in both Python and Java.
  • •Experience with solution and application architecture for distributed systems/service-oriented design, including scalable, resilient, secure enterprise applications.
  • •Ability to design and deliver APIs and microservices, including system integration and event-driven or service-based architectures.
  • •Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, release management, agile delivery, and non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, monitoring, security).
