Job Summary

Lead and develop LATAM logistics operations for Mercado Envios, overseeing warehouse and cross-functional teams to meet operational targets. Drive transformational projects with Last Mile, Line Haul, Flow and Full, ensure safety and process excellence, and optimize resource planning and capacity to improve efficiency and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, empower and engage the leadership team, strengthening strategic vision and autonomy in managing the operation while maintaining high team climate and meeting operational targets.
•Lead the proposition, analysis and execution of transformational projects within the operation, collaborating with Last Mile, Line Haul, Flow and Full to ensure strategic alignment and value creation.
•Ensure compliance with norms, procedures and KPIs, promoting a safety culture as an non-negotiable value and driving initiatives to elevate operational standards and efficiency.
•Build and manage capacity and resource allocation scenarios, considering complex, highly volatile operational variables and proposing agile, efficient solutions to mitigate deviations and optimize performance in the short, medium and long term.
•Lead operational planning, promoting synergies across processes, areas and logistics flows to improve efficiency, productivity and service quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or related fields.
•Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus PDCA root-cause methodology.
•Experience with warehouse logistics and leadership of large multidisciplinary teams that operate across both operational and strategic environments.
•Availability to work in Hidrolândia, GO, during the night shift from 23:00 to 08:00.
•Strong capability to drive operational excellence and maintain a high-performing climate among teams.
