Job Summary

Coordinate mobile repair activity requests from start to finish for Pratt & Whitney engines, ensuring KPI-driven, seamless customer outcomes. Work from the MRT Command Center shift schedule, assess customer needs, and provide technical, logistic, and commercial support for returning engines into service. Create and follow up on MRT quotations, initiate AOG/urgent response outreach, maintain CRM documentation and customer communications, and support field technicians with timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage mobile repair activity requests from start to finish for MRT services.
•Work on the MRT Command Center shift schedule and act independently without direct supervision.
•Accurately assess customer needs and provide technical, logistic, and commercial support for MRT-related services supporting P&WC engines and installations.
•Interpret applicable Technical Publications (EMM/AMM/OHM/IPC/CIR), identify technician capabilities, establish parts listing and tooling, and generate MRT quotations with follow-up to closure.
•Maintain constant communications and update CRM documentation for customer interactions, including commitments, and communicate with field technicians for progress and timely issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation aircraft maintenance and/or aviation customer service with a technical background.
•Active Airframe & Powerplant License.
•Current valid driver’s license.
•Understand Airworthiness Regulations, EHS, and ITC requirements to identify solutions to return engines into service.
•Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
