Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  • •Manage electronic and hard copy health records and data in line with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care.
  • •Prepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities.
  • •Support day-to-day clinic operations including filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests.

Key Requirements
