Key Responsibilities

  • •Review payment proposals to ensure timely and accurate outgoing payments.
  • •Collaborate with Vendor Master Data, purchasing, or invoice processors to resolve payment errors.
  • •Support processing of out-of-cycle payments to maintain smooth operations.
  • •Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations and manage vendor open items and GRNI for assigned entities.
  • •Support compliance efforts (including SOX and Internal Audit controls) and contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Current student of Accounting and Finance (or a related field).
  • •Excellent knowledge of English (plus).
  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledge of AI is an added advantage.
  • •Very good analytical skills and an excellent team player mindset.
