Accounts Payable Intern

Support the Accounts Payable team by reviewing payment proposals, processing outgoing and out-of-cycle payments, and helping resolve payment errors with vendors and internal stakeholders. Assist with monthly account reconciliations, manage vendor open items and Goods Receipt No Invoice items, and follow up to close outstanding items. Contribute to documentation updates, compliance (including SOX and Internal Audit controls), and process improvement projects.
