•Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your market, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market Services clients in the UK.
•Build a strong sales culture, leading your team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor.
•Leverage your industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support your team’s sales efforts.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the team is delivering the highest impact.
•Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and further establish Reddit as a leader amongst challenger brands.
