Key Responsibilities

  • •Take Bookable to national scale by shaping product strategy and planning/building/testing/delivering key product elements.
  • •Drive marketplace growth by optimising the conversion funnel and developing/test acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
  • •Improve marketplace and patient outcomes by reducing friction in the Bookable flow, minimising DNAs, and helping patients navigate to the right GP surgery.
  • •Collaborate with customer practices using working groups, feedback loops, and strong relationships to build product acceptance.
  • •Work with cofounders and cross-functional teams (including AI Care Navigation and Clinical Safety) to translate vision into delivery and establish clinical/operational impact evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience taking products from idea to delivery in a high-quality product organisation.
  • •2+ years of marketplace or growth product management experience, particularly in healthcare (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated success improving marketplace metrics.
  • •Proven track record iterating the systems for alignment on what to build and how to communicate with users.
  • •Strong traits in product leadership: team-improver/player, coachable, data-driven, bias to action, and clinical safety first.
