Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive Box’s Localization strategy, including standards, workflows, tooling, and global readiness.
  • •Lead the UX Platform roadmap with Design and Engineering to build and evolve the component library and platform primitives.
  • •Define and scale Box’s Accessibility standards, including WCAG conformance requirements and inclusive design practices.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to embed Localization, Accessibility, and UX Platform considerations across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Build and maintain localization infrastructure (translation management systems, i18n frameworks, and vendor relationships) and drive adoption of UX Platform components.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of platform, infrastructure, or foundational product areas.
  • •Proven experience in Localization or Internationalization (i18n/L10n), including translation management systems and global go-to-market workflows.
  • •Experience building or scaling a UX Platform, design system, or shared component library to accelerate product teams.
  • •Working knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG, ARIA, and EN 301 549.
  • •Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels and collaborate cross-functionally to influence without authority.
