Job Summary

Provide managed services support by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents for clients. Configure, install, test, and maintain client infrastructure, monitor systems and respond to alerts, and log and investigate issues to determine root causes. Manage tickets across low to high complexity, escalate problems to vendors as needed, and deliver onsite technical support, incident reviews, and continuous process improvements to maintain SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems to prevent SLA breaches.
•Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Use monitoring tools to respond to alerts and perform required system checks.
•Investigate support calls, identify root causes, and log incidents with sufficient detail.
•Provide onsite technical support, support field engineering services, and escalate issues to vendors when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
•Demonstrated work experience in an Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization.
•Demonstrated experience in Managed Services.
•Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties.
