Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional support for Oracle EPM applications (Oracle Cloud Planning/PCM/EDM, HFM, FDM, Smart View) across financial processes and coordinate with Finance and Technical teams on requirements.
  • •Identify and recommend process improvements to increase the effectiveness of company planning and reporting.
  • •Support HFM during the transition from On-Premise to EPM Cloud FCC, building functional requirements, leading testing and training, and supporting successful launch.
  • •Collaborate with Finance user community and SBD leadership to scope, assess impacts, design, test, and deploy EPM enhancements and planning functionality.
  • •Partner with Controllership to manage key FDM and HFM processes including financial data loads, data mapping, month-end close, forecast consolidation, and financial certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
  • •3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics roles.
  • •Experience with Oracle financial planning/reporting applications (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM) preferred.
  • •Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Strong ability to communicate effectively across a matrixed organization and leverage application design knowledge to improve financial outcomes.
