Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the design process from concept through construction and project completion, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
  • •Ensure authority design reviews are carried out timely and coordinate across disciplines for fully integrated reviews.
  • •Generate and develop architectural design concepts (massing, layouts, façade direction) and review proposals for quality and coherence.
  • •Optimize space plans for functional efficiency and ensure integration with structural and MEP systems.
  • •Manage consultants and contractors, conduct site inspections, and proactively identify and address approval-related risks.

Key Requirements
