Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and establish online and offline sourcing activities to attract candidates for specialized job openings.
  • •Create and maintain a database of candidate profiles aligned to technical or special program hiring requirements.
  • •Plan, implement, and direct sourcing and marketing campaigns to meet client requirements and targets.
  • •Consolidate, track, and report on hiring initiatives, providing recommendations and analysis to ensure alignment.
  • •Build and manage specialized hiring sourcing campaigns, meet cost-per-hire and fill-rate metrics, and mentor key personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of background in talent sourcing specialized roles for BPO hiring.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Strong track record in project implementation, team presentation, and analysis.
  • •Proficiency with virtual recruitment and talent sourcing methods such as Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting.
