Job Summary

Own and grow the Pharma vertical within Large Customer Sales by building relationships with key brands and agencies and driving year-over-year revenue growth using Reddit’s advertising suite. Develop upfront and joint business plans, educate new partners on the platform, and leverage internal/external data to shape strategies and pitches. Lead client meetings, act as primary contact for major product updates, and collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and direct clients) to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
•Construct upfront and joint business plans and establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients while educating them on Reddit and its ads platform.
•Leverage internal/external data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals, and consistently meet project deadlines with high customer service.
•Own client meetings from agenda through final presentation, setting expectations, communicating outcomes, and driving clear next steps.
•Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet and exceed marketing goals, and help shape the ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.

Salary: USD 142,200 - 199,100 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in digital media, including 7+ years in sales (Pharma client experience preferred).
•Proven ability to own partnerships with complex enterprise organizations.
•Experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
•Strong industry expertise in verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions, with knowledge of social media and native advertising.
•Track record building and executing long-term account growth strategies; ability to lead special projects and a BA/BS or equivalent experience.
