Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor in assigning and directing employees’ work.
  • •Communicate with supervisor/manager to maintain vehicle flow and log stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Coordinate move requirements and manage staging of lease lanes and pre-sales with lot manager/quadrant coordinator.
  • •Transport employees and vehicles via van, including shuttling on sale days and handling pick-up/drop-off for auction and other locations.
  • •Lead the team on-site by modeling safety commitment and Cox/Manheim values, enforcing policies, and supporting staffing/volume reviews and KPI-driven performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or degree/certification above GED plus 1 year of related work experience, or 5 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump starting vehicles).
  • •Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift 1–15 pounds.
