Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the management of approximately 3 projects in the region and oversee end-to-end delivery
  • •Provide programme management support to Cluster / Country Heads and manage reporting cycles
  • •Act as ambassador for project management systems (Softools, Clarity and Autodesk) and ensure governance alignment
  • •Coordinate development of project execution documents and approvals (PEDs) and project cost estimates
  • •Mobilise projects post-approval, provide training and handover to Project Manager, and escalate risks at the programme level

Key Requirements

  • •10 years or above experience in programme or project management in financial institution client
  • •Strong in stakeholder engagement
  • •Relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate and Asset management
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
  • •Bilingual in Korean and English
