Job Summary

Senior IT leader responsible for delivery, design, and ongoing support of the Oracle Retail Platform (ReSA) and related applications for a global retail footprint. Oversees project delivery, architectural guidance, and production transitions, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to scale and optimize the sales audit ecosystem. Reports to Corporate Systems Senior Director and drives release roadmaps and modernization of legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and technical direction to delivery and support teams
•Participate as advisor in architecting and design of future enterprise solutions as they relate to financial system processing and security
•Support and optimize the existing retail sales audit footprint
•Drive/support efforts to retire our underperforming and obsolete legacy systems
•Establishing and sustain a technical release roadmap to support a cost effective, repeatable, and rapid deployment framework

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years IT experience and 7-10 years Retail experience with Oracle ReSA knowledge
•Ability to understand highly complex and custom developed systems
•Global implementation experience in global environments and solution architecture
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Experience with Retail applications, specifically sales audit and related applications
