Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and forecast critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips and ensure approved design standards.
  • •Verify that project governance, processes, and systems are utilized and applied with best practice.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting while monitoring progress across multiple construction projects.
  • •Manage local design teams, supplier interfaces (trackers and weekly reviews), project information flow (meetings and written communications), and rapid response to RFIs; provide cost/value engineering and constructability guidance where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools, with excellent communication skills.
