Job Summary

Lead the F135 forecasting and business operations team, owning depot and unit forecasting for proposals, aggregate demand, and serviceable part requirements. Manage the internal Aggregate Demand process and coordinate with Production Chief, SIOP, and cross-program partners to evolve demand over time. Oversee business operations and cost account management, ensuring Materials team staffing aligns with contractual commitments while partnering effectively with executives, program leaders, and U.S. government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team to develop near-term and long-term depot and unit forecasts for proposals, aggregate demand, and day-to-day serviceable part requirements.
•Develop and track key metrics across supply chain management processes.
•Oversee unit and depot planning and forecasting, including the internal Aggregate Demand process and demand signal communication to the supply base.
•Coordinate with Production Chief Team, SIOP, and other program teams to manage demand over time.
•Oversee business operations, including cost account managers, and align Materials team staffing levels with contract commitments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience in supply-chain, business, operations, or a technical discipline; or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience in the same areas.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued DoD security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
•Strong analytical skills to organize, logically analyze, and present spares information from multiple information systems.
•Familiarity with engine bills of material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables.
•Experience with contracts, statements of work, and negotiations.
