Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, adjust, and repair production equipment, heavy trucks, and special-purpose machines.
  • •Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, and replace parts as assigned.
  • •Weld and use a cutting torch as required for repairs and modifications.
  • •Diagnose malfunctioning machinery, determine repairs, and discuss with the Head Mechanic for approval.
  • •Replace faulty parts and electrical components (wires, motors, controls, circuit boards) and ensure installed equipment functions properly.
