Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously perform required tasks safely and correct/report unsafe conditions and hazards.
  • •Operate and adjust press systems (including injection and valve operation) to maintain quality and interpret PLC output steps.
  • •Operate the pre-expander to maintain correct product density by monitoring raw material time and temperature; keep accurate density records.
  • •Use SAP to identify foam requirements from unit numbers and monitor scheduling of mold changeovers to meet customer needs.
  • •Perform inspections for conformity to quality standards, complete equipment/forklift checklist items, and support 5S/TPM and other Lean initiatives.
