Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the market data strategy and roadmap for the TradFi program, including evaluating and prioritizing exchange and vendor data for upcoming product phases.
  • •Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations with exchanges, consolidators, and market data vendors; own licensing agreements and renewals and manage overall data spend.
  • •Drive end-to-end data integration with engineering: feed onboarding, normalization, symbology/reference data, corporate actions, and distribution to trading and client-facing surfaces.
  • •Build governance across the data lifecycle, including entitlements management, data-quality monitoring, lineage, and compliance with exchange usage policies and audit requirements.
  • •Maintain a live view of the market data landscape and build/mentor a small market data team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6–10 years of market data or trading-technology experience at a global online brokerage, exchange, fintech, or market data vendor.
  • •Deep knowledge of the market data ecosystem, including exchange feeds, vendor products, licensing/redistribution models, entitlements, and exchange audit/compliance processes.
  • •Hands-on experience sourcing and integrating market data across one or more TradFi asset classes and regions.
  • •Technical fluency with SQL/Python and strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
