Supervisor/a de Operaciones de Proyecto

Supervise operational, logistics, and diamond drilling activities supporting exploration programs in Colombia, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to Rio Tinto standards. Partner with Geology, HSE, and specialist contractors to deliver drilling plans, manage critical risks, and coordinate on-site logistics for equipment, supplies, fuel, and support. Monitor operational and drilling performance indicators and promote a strong safety culture through safety meetings and incident investigations.
