Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily building functions including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.
  • •Coordinate maintenance schedules, including preventative and predictive maintenance for equipment and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations including OSHA and local building codes.
  • •Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment; establish reorder points and conduct inventory audits.
  • •Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and supply procurement, review vendor invoices, and maintain financial and inventory records for audits and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute).
  • •Knowledge of construction and purchasing.
  • •Familiar with required computer applications.
  • •Previous related experience helpful.
  • •Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and attention to detail; able to operate PC and 10-key.
