Key Responsibilities

  • •Define MWS product strategy, requirements, and release cycles for Go/JS-based web services.
  • •Hire, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across backend, frontend, and AI specialties.
  • •Act as the primary integration bridge between the Rust Core Node team and the MWS product layer.
  • •Partner with Business Development on quotations, enterprise onboarding, and competitive analysis.
  • •Ensure the MWS Console and SDKs deliver a world-class developer experience (UX/DX oversight).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years as a Director or Head of Product in Cloud, SaaS, or Fintech.
  • •Strong understanding of Go (Golang) and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • •Deep understanding of the UTXO model and Atomic Swaps, and how Bitcoin differs from EVM chains.
  • •Ability to translate high-level concepts into phased, executable product roadmaps.
  • •Exceptional written and spoken English.
