Job Summary

Senior Systems Engineer in Japan, supporting the sales team through the full cycle with pre-sales technical guidance. You will design, present, and validate networking architectures (wired, wireless, cloud-managed), deliver product demonstrations and PoCs, respond to RFPs, and liaise with product/engineering to align solutions with customer needs in the Tokyo area.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with account managers to identify customer needs and propose technical solutions that align with business goals.
•Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for prospective customers.
•Design and validate high-level architectures for networking, wireless, cloud, and security solutions.
•Provide Pré-sales technical support for RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals.
•Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams to provide feedback and ensure solution alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
•5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or network consulting.
•Strong understanding of enterprise networking, switching/routing, wireless LAN, and/or cloud-managed networks.
•Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Fluent in Japanese (native or business level) and proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
