Principal Packaging Engineer

Lead the identification, development, and commercialization of new, improved, and cost-reduced packaging solutions for multiple business platforms. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and project leader for cross-functional packaging stewardship initiatives, ensuring compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility and food processing requirements. Maintain awareness of regulatory and industry trends, define technical objectives, and mentor packaging engineers while partnering with internal teams and external suppliers.
