Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Understand business requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data
•Execute manual testing for UI, functional, regression, and integration flows
•Validate sales & revenue forecasting logic (pipeline, ARR, renewals, churn)
•Test Customer 360 data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
•Perform integration testing between Salesforce and Gainsight platforms
•Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders
•Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira
•Ensure end-to-end GTM workflow validation (Lead → Opportunity → Closed Won → Renewal)
•Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams in Agile environment

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in manual testing / QA
•Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
•Experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration)
•Basic knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce
•Ability to validate data using SQL or Excel (basic level)
