Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process and product Management of Change for identified manufacturing processes.
  • •Partner with R&D and Manufacturing to design safe, efficient commercial processes for new products.
  • •Execute design and develop product launch test protocols and reports, and support trial production/validation as needed.
  • •Ensure quality assurance of formulated products and support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for significant safety, quality, or manufacturing failures.
  • •Support process technology, process improvement, and capital projects including process safety information management and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a chemical or related environment with process or scale-up experience.
  • •Knowledge of equipment design, scale-up procedures, troubleshooting, and project management.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA and Process Safety Management.
  • •Experience applying data-based decision making and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
