Job Summary

Lead regional inspection operations by managing a team of FTE and 1099 inspectors and ensuring floor plan audits and vehicle/facility inspections follow OPENLANE policies, processes, and tools. Recruit and hire inspectors, oversee SLA attainment and targets, and coordinate with Marketplace and Commercial Sales on inspection needs, growth forecasting, and scheduling. Partner across Product, Arbitration, Scheduling, and Quality Assurance to support continuous improvement and new app/process rollouts.

•Master and enforce OPENLANE policies, processes, procedures, and tools for floor plan audits and vehicle/facility inspections.
•Oversee FTE and 1099 inspectors to ensure adherence to policies/tools and achieve regional SLA’s and targets.
•Recruit and hire contract and full-time inspectors within the assigned region.
•Partner with Marketplace and Commercial Sales to support inspection needs, growth forecasting, and scheduling.
•Lead and develop inspectors through training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management; support continuous improvement with Product, Arbitration, Scheduling, and Quality Assurance.
