Job Summary

Regional Proposal Manager based in Wrocław, Poland, responsible for translating customer needs into strong, well-coordinated proposals that support business growth and operations. Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify key requirements and ensure proposals meet them.
•Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals, especially for Global Key Accounts, in collaboration with Lead Tender Manager or Bid Owner.
•Support the preparation and submission of compliant, professionally structured proposals within customer-defined deadlines (excluding pricing content).
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Product, and other subject matter experts to gather and align proposal content.
•Maintain adherence to proposal management processes, guidelines, and internal standards, and support the rollout of proposal management software and CMS updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 15,000 - 18,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•University degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (tender management) with solid business understanding, including basic financial awareness and sound commercial judgment.
•Previous experience in the logistics & supply chain industry, knowledge of global forwarding operations, and broader freight and customer landscape is advantageous.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, tactfully, and confidently across different audiences.
•Fluency in both Polish and English are a must.
