Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide drafting, review and negotiation of client contracts (bespoke and standard forms) in line with Wood policies and project requirements
  • •Draft, negotiate and interpret contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with risk and commercial objectives
  • •Communicate contract issues clearly to senior management and execution teams, offering practical mitigations
  • •Identify contractual risks and contribute to risk management processes across projects
  • •Support procurement, subcontracts and joint venture/partnering agreements as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law
  • •Experience and proven track record of contract review, drafting and negotiation: 5+ years
  • •Relevant Client Facing Contracting Experience: 3-5+ years
  • •Working knowledge of contract terms, contract principles and drafting and roll out of contracting policies
  • •English fluent; Italian good
