Job Summary

Support the Storyby legal team in protecting content IP across US, EU, and other jurisdictions. Monitor unauthorized distribution of films on social, streaming, and piracy platforms, prepare and send DMCA notices and cease & desist communications, and help build automated processes to combat unlicensed copies. Maintain chain-of-title documentation for creators and update internal guidance based on legal and platform policy changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor unauthorized distribution of films on social media, streaming, and pirate platforms
•Prepare and send DMCA notices, cease & desist letters, and platform/provider/app store complaints, and track outcomes
•Build and automate processes to fight unlicensed copies of content
•Maintain chain-of-title documentation, including collecting signed agreements and tracking rights transfers across creators and productions
•Track changes in legislation and platform policies and prepare internal updates for the team
