Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and resolve systemic PVD/CVD area issues impacting throughput, cycle time, and operational risk, and model capacity planning.
  • •Drive area performance using metrics, risk assessments, and data-informed capital decisions.
  • •Partner with Industrial Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Operations to evaluate capacity scenarios and mitigation plans.
  • •Analyze operational data to communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
  • •Lead safety and quality efforts, including audits, good catches, and human QDR follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a semiconductor engineering equivalent degree.
  • •Minimum 3+ years of deep experience driving semiconductor equipment capacity planning or semiconductor area process engineering.
  • •Proficiency using SQL, Python, and Tableau planning and visualization tools.
  • •Experience supporting physical and/or chemical vapor deposition (CVD or PVD) processes.
  • •Demonstrated experience with fab capacity planning, floor scheduling, line management systems, and fab operations.
