Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed short-term production schedules and sequencing using available production resources.
  • •Manage work orders (raising, scheduling, closing) and adjust plans proactively when demand or operational changes occur.
  • •Coordinate materials and inventory availability with suppliers and warehouse teams, monitoring critical stock levels and shortages.
  • •Maintain planning data accuracy in ERP systems (lead times, production versions, scheduling parameters) and support scheduling data/process improvements.
  • •Track and report scheduling KPIs (e.g., schedule adherence, service level, production efficiency) and collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams for execution and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (ideally Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
  • •0-3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within manufacturing.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Knowledge of ERP logic; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
  • •Fluent Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
