Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a variety of non-standard deals for an assigned geography or segment, including pricing analysis and restructuring deal terms.
  • •Optimize financial and operational metrics such as discount, margin, ACV/iACV, competitive information, and deal cycle time.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to support non-standard deal review, including Sales/CX/BU Finance, Corporate Revenue, Legal, Operations, Cisco Capital, and more.
  • •Maintain compliance with Non-Standard Deal Policy and internal SOX guidelines, ensuring controls work effectively and flag policy violations.
  • •Coordinate with the Corporate Revenue team to identify and mitigate revenue recognition issues on non-standard terms to recognize revenue sooner.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in a large multinational company with exposure to various financial and/or commercial disciplines, supporting multiple countries.
  • •Fluency in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills to build relationships across business and finance stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • •Time management and planning skills to shift priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
  • •Experience with data analysis and financial modelling.
