Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related roles.
  • •Proven delivery of $10M+ large-scale engineering/software programs on time and within ±5% of approved budget.
  • •Experience leading execution across 10+ Agile/Scrum engineering teams, coordinating 30+ engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving to resolve dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or similar); MBA preferred, and PMP certification is a plus.
