Job Summary

Role within Devoteam’s ServiceNow N Employee team, delivering HR-focused ServiceNow implementations (HRSD, WSD, LSD, H&S) across audit, design, deployment and leadership activities. You’ll drive process optimization, gather requirements, write functional/technical specs, lead international projects, support pre-sales, and ensure post-go-live adoption for HR service delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Audit and Conseil: Diagnose HR ecosystems, processes and tooling; define target ServiceNow deployment strategy.
•Conception & Cadrage: Lead workshops, challenge requirements, align with ServiceNow standards and draft technical/functional specifications.
•Déploiement & Change: Manage operational implementation, ensure user adoption and post-go-live support.
•Leadership & Business: Lead international projects, support pre-sales, and contribute to internal HR expertise.
•Audit des processus et implémentation HR: Assess processes, organization, and ServiceNow HR use cases; define strategy and functional/technical specs.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (Bac+5) and at least 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow HRSD/WSD/LSD or related HR domains (SIRH, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM, TalentSoft, Workday)
•Experience in functional, technical and organizational audits of HR processes and tools
•Experience designing HR service catalogs and automating SIRH processes
•Expertise in ServiceNow HR Employee Experience (HRSD, WSD, LSD, H&S) and ability to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
•Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, methdology, adaptability, and fluency in French and English
