Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze Chinese and Asian markets to identify growth opportunities, sector changes, regulatory trends, and competitive environment.
  • •Provide Business Lines with structured analyses on market dynamics, customer needs, commercial opportunities, and local ecosystem developments.
  • •Assess addressable market potential and contribute to commercial development strategies for priority segments.
  • •Develop tailored value propositions and structure key messaging, sales arguments, and marketing materials to highlight Thales solutions and differentiation.
  • •Plan, deploy, and optimize integrated marketing actions (digital campaigns, client events, trade fairs, webinars), tracking KPI performance and producing dashboards for impact measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a degree in business school, engineering, marketing, or an equivalent education.
  • •First experience in strategic marketing, business development, market analysis, or project management in an international environment.
  • •Strong interest in multicultural settings and Asia business development challenges.
  • •Strong ability to analyze market methods and ecosystem (segmentation, competitive analysis, value chain, actor mapping).
  • •Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, French, and English.
