Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Assist store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Partner with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing them with consumers.
  • •Follow Crocs policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Team-first mindset and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move, lift (30 pounds or more with assistance), and handle merchandise using appropriate equipment.
  • •Ability to stand and continuously move around the store for at least 8 hours per shift and to read/enter information on computer/register screens.
