Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while leading by example and inspiring others.
  • •Lead the sales floor customer experience with a customer-first mindset to generate clientele and maximize retention.
  • •Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience and maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores via NPS.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and tracking receiving and removal; monitor BOH fulfillment and mis-pulls metrics.
  • •Support loss prevention and store operational procedures; onboard and coach new hires and existing associates, and lead training/customer experience programs as needed.
