Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support delivery of highly complex projects and programmes across infrastructure and energy sectors, owning outcomes for clients.
  • •Provide strategy-setting and performance management across multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients.
  • •Account for health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility and apply CDM across teams.
  • •Anticipate client challenges, develop solutions informed by stakeholder needs, and innovate sustainably.
  • •Mentor and coach others, fostering inclusive teamwork and developing future Project Managers; build long-term client partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, or clients on infrastructure or energy projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • •Proven leadership capability to set high standards, manage performance, and efficiently use people and resources to exceed stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM to apply it appropriately, and accountability for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those in your sphere of responsibility.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to anticipate client challenges, determine applicable solutions, and innovate sustainably.
  • •Beneficial experience in complex procurement and managing NEC or other form contracts, including managing contractors/consultants in differing environments.
