Key Responsibilities

  • •Build intelligent systems for standardized recommendation strategy definitions, long-term/offline evaluation, and automated identification/retirement of ineffective strategies.
  • •Optimize system parameters and configurations for diverse recommendation loads using large-model capabilities, including adaptive fault diagnosis.
  • •Balance model training and operation costs with efficiency to achieve effective recommendations within limited resources.
  • •Process massive heterogeneous cross-domain data (e.g., e-commerce), improve data quality/accuracy, and support low-cost cross-terminal services while ensuring privacy, security, and compliance.
  • •Develop low-cost high-performance storage engines, schema evolution mechanisms, and data-model correlation analysis with training data processing pipelines based on DCAI.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • •Strong research results and practical experience in areas such as NLP, computer vision, data modeling, or algorithm optimization.
  • •Excellent programming skills with strong command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
  • •For traditional coding roles, proficiency in C/C++; for intelligent coding roles, proficiency in Python.
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate with algorithm engineers, data analysts, and product managers to explore new technologies.
