Lead a high-profile, £250-£500m transformation/real estate programme, setting strategic direction and governance. Manage the full lifecycle, engage senior stakeholders (C-Suite, Boards, Investors), oversee financial governance, and ensure risk, safety, and contractual deliverables are met while empowering the programme team.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and drive the programme vision, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
•Lead the framework for programme management and control, guaranteeing transparency and confidence for stakeholders.
•Implement a structured stakeholder engagement and management process, building strong relationships with senior clients (C-Suite), Boards, Steering Groups, Investors and supplier stakeholders.
•Oversee financial governance, ensuring robust financial reporting and management across the programme.
•Identify and mitigate health and safety risks, enforcing safeguards to protect all involved in programme delivery.

Key Requirements

•Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
•Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems
•Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract
•Excellent communication skills, in person and written
•Degree / Postgraduate qualified in a relevant field
