Maintenance Technician – Level 3 in a Pilgrim's plant role focusing on keeping production equipment running safely. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and apply standard symbols used in industrial documentation; diagnose and repair drive-related issues for optimal performance
•Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot bearing failures
•Assist in motor testing, diagnostics, and basic repairs
•Analyze and troubleshoot electrical circuits using Ohm’s Law and Kirchhoff’s Laws; safely use multimeters
•Execute welding operations following safety and quality standards and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Key Requirements

•Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred
•Experience: Prefer 1+ years’ experience in the Maintenance Field
•Ability to diagnose and repair drive-related issues to ensure optimal performance
•Safety certifications: Must be willing to obtain Lock Out/Tag Out, Pallet Jack and Forklift Certifications
•Experience with testing electrical circuits, using multimeters, and basic welding
