Build the systems that power network growth—provider onboarding, activation, automation pipelines, data workflows, and experiments. Partner with product, engineering, operations, and growth to remove friction, ship solutions quickly, and measure what drives adoption. Write production software, create GTM tooling, and embed AI/automation into workflows that turn interest into active providers and patients, while scaling the go-to-market engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain infrastructure powering network growth, including GTM systems, automation pipelines, data workflows, and AI agents.
•Develop technical solutions to remove friction across provider onboarding, activation, and engagement.
•Design and ship go-to-market tools and lightweight systems to help growth and operations move faster.
•Embed AI and automation into GTM workflows to accelerate outbound and improve intelligence and follow-through.
•Design and run experiments on onboarding, activation, and growth surfaces to improve conversion and adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 300,000 annually

•Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.

•Familiarity with or curiosity about growth and GTM software systems like Clay, HubSpot, and n8n.
•Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering on goals (high NPS with former teammates).
