Join our Fixed Assets team to manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and transfers, while ensuring capitalization aligns with policy. You’ll monitor capital expenditure, perform reconciliations, and partner with multiple departments to support monthly closes, GAAP/SOX controls, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare Fixed Assets Voucher Packages to capitalize new asset additions per fixed asset policy
•Process asset transfers and disposals in the Fixed Asset Sub-Ledger
•Update Desktop Training instructions for fixed asset processes
•Collaborate with department managers, program staff, and other business area leaders to meet monthly close timelines
•Identify and resolve Fixed Asset data issues with analytical and problem-solving mindset

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 61,402 - 71,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field (or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of degree)
•2+ years of fixed assets accounting experience
•Excellent in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas) and strong MS Office skills
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial work; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Clear and professional communication and ability to collaborate across departments
