  • •Manage the performance, wellbeing, and development of all Partners in your team.
  • •Maximise productivity and manage overtime and agency usage to improve costs.
  • •Implement new projects to improve efficiency across the operation.
  • •Support a culture of continuous improvement across the department.
  • •Ensure safety of yourself and others by following Legal, Health & Safety procedures, EU Driving Regulations, and operational procedures, deputising for the Transport Shift Manager when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent transport knowledge of current EU and Working Time regulations.
  • •Experience working in a management role in a Transport/Distribution environment.
  • •A strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
  • •Experience dealing with full disciplinary procedures in line with ACAS guidelines.
  • •Ability to ensure safety by following Legal, Health & Safety, EU Driving Regulations, and operational procedures.
