Job Summary

Participate in audits of FAB Group’s Finance and Treasury functions across UAE and international jurisdictions. Support audit planning, risk assessment, and execution while adhering to internal guidelines to strengthen governance, risk management, and controls within Finance & Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in auditing FAB Group’s Finance and Treasury activities across UAE and international units; ensure audits align with annual plan and are completed efficiently.
•Promote knowledge sharing and uphold values/ethics within the audit team to support a value-driven culture.
•Assist in monitoring financial performance against budgets and escalate variances to management.
•Adhere to GIA policies and contribute to development of GIA practices and audit universe.
•Draft audit worksheets and issues; assist in negotiating Management Action Plans with Unit management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration specialized in accounting; Banking & Finance International Certificate (Foundation, Intermediate, and specialized in Risk).
•Working knowledge of Finance & Treasury activities and associated risks.
•Working knowledge of bank policies and procedures, as well as Central Bank regulations where relevant.
•Self-directed, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
•Good analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication.
